well the interview process was very informal. in fact, it was almost a chit chat session... arrived at 4.30pm and by the time i was done, it was 7.15pm. very draining... anyway, i am not sure how the whole thing went. there was no feel good nor feel bad factor. just rather matter of fact... then again, i went with no expectations, so... yup, good experience. and certainly, compared with 2 over years ago, i am certainly very much more prepared to sell myself and talk about my achievements...
