well, the second interview went well. very well i thought... and the "after-the-interview" feel good factor was high. the person who interviewed me started talking using the term, "us" (as in you and i) as opposed to just "you" towards the end of the interview. but well, reality set in when he said that he will be interviewing another candidate before making the final decision, although he added quickly that he would want his hr to keep very close contact with me. so, kinda mixed signal if you ask. hmmm... then again, the thing about interviews with top management people is that they always make people feel good. then when it comes to decision making, the objectivity factor sets in and the outcome may not necessarily in your favour... so... yup, no expectations, no disappointments...
just be happy i got this far.
:-)
