sex sells

yup, indeed sex really sells... and this is in sync (much regretfully) with the so called stereotyped impression of the society at large that the gay community (to which i am very much a part of) is sex-hungry and sex-crazy. no we are not, well perhaps it is a large part of our lives, we are all sexual beings after all right? but no! we are not sex-crazy! but... well i said this becos i did a simple test last week...

i blogged about pick up sex. and hey presto! within the first 2 day, i got so many hits per day it really surprised me! for the first day of my post, my blog registered an all time high for the number of hits to my blog on a single day since i started this blog! and i decided to do a test. i wanted to see how much further the number of hits will reach for my blog and deliberately did not blog further for the week. the number of hits continued to remain high everyday (of cos, the number did register a drop daily, but still, it is above my average number of hits per day)... and by today, the pick up sex post is my number 4 all time high in my blog history... and this number is not reflective of the people who actually read this post cos it does not include those who visited my blog by clicking directly onto my blog address!

and interestingly, the 3 of the top 4 posts in my blog hit list are all related to gay men/ sex! so, yup... sex sells, and sex really really sells!
