was on mc today for bad throat and body aches (i think a flu is coming). but went back to work nonetheless. by pm, i was totally screwed and decided i needed to get out of office. i was on mc after all. and so, i went for a facial instead (the real one ok... hmmm, still, i think that did not come out quite right... nevermind)...

i had a good rest.
