decided to buy my staff dinner today to thank them for all the hard work and support over the last year. in all, 30 of them turned up, including a couple who had left the unit. very happy about it. that attendance was close to 80% of the total headcount under me. as the boss, i thought this is the right thing to do... thank you all. thank you for being part of the family. thank you for the hard work. thank you for making the unit what we are today. thank you all and may all of you enjoy good health. that was what i said to them after dinner... we all had a good time.
