finally, my big boss made the announcement that i will take over my boss in dec at a meeting today. well, not surprising to most as i have already spoken to them. but i still foresee the need to manage the 2 most senior chaps. they are after all my seniors and are a lot more experience than me. and it is important that i can get them to work with me as a team.
