was at the chiro earlier (my tues routine), when i saw a range of special sandals with built in orthotics. i was checking them out and explaining to the counter girl when a guy (who was waiting for his wife to complete her treatment) recommended i try shopping at a specific shop. he was rather chatty and told me how he also had the same problem, how his knee caps are also worn out and so on... and when i asked more about the shop, he pulled out a name card and gave it to me. he said he had just visited the shop and had no use for the card.

so nice of him right?
