going for a run

sam called me earlier. i told him i am going for a run... and he exclaimed "wah..." and he laugh (of cos, it is an encouraging laugh)... heh heh...

yup, think i really need to go for a run. listen to the nurse, it is good for me... hmmm, i am reminded of something my venerable teacher said: "being able to obey and to adhere to a teacher's advise goes a long way to enhance a person from a spiritual development angle". although this is not spiritual development per se, i think the concept is not much different. it is about discipline and it is about developing one's inner self.
