i must comment the changi airport for their integrity and customer service. you see, i managed to retrieve a piece of lost `luggage' after reporting it's lost two days earlier. the story goes this way...
we reached the airport at 9plus in the evening 7 jul and happily walked towards the immigration counter. we were told we had to fill in the health form as mandated by ministry of health due to the spread of h1n1. and all too soon, we hopped onto the cab for home. in the cab, we realized that we were short of one piece of hand luggage... bee had left a plastic bag (those ntuc kind that makes a lot of noise) containing all our candies (and my jacket and a storybook) behind at the immigration counter area. when i reached home, i called the airport and made a lost report. and yesterday, i called up to check and was pleasantly surprised that the bag had been found.
