today, steven brought me to this particular pet shop to groom sapphie. basic package - cut nails, trim a bit of fur here and there, & a doggie bath. nothing elaborate. cost me $50. actually could have done it myself. but thought it might be a good idea to pamper sapphie once (considering all these while, i've been the only one who ever groomed her). i guessed it was a new experience for sapphie. she looked apprehensive and i had to be there throughout the process to calm her down.
well, she survived her first private grooming. not too much hassle. her initial apprehension disappeared after a while once she realized it was not too frightening. and now she looks fluffy and bouncy. and certainly very nice smelling.
