my unit bought me dinner this evening. was a good gathering and i was very happy to see, for the first time, almost all attending the dinner. had never have such a good turn out. even those from outside the unit, but had previously worked with me, appeared. very thankful for the support. and was a little overwhelmed by the number of gifts they gave me, gifts that they made, or photos that they framed for me. simple and very meaningful.
gonna miss my unit when i leave them end next week. but well, as i said at the end of the dinner, you can take a man from the unit, but you cannot take the unit from the man. they will always have a space in my heart.
