yindian estate?

sometime back, i blogged about the increase of indians in my estate. and judging by the people coming to view apartments in my estate, i think very soon, the indian population will increase again. hmmm, seemed like after imposing the ethinic quota for public housing, there is an increase of indians looking for apartments in the estate... at the rate they are going, the stratification of people in the society will become more and more stark over time. public housing - along ethnic quotas (or as close as possible), private housing estates - skewed towards specific ethnic groups depending on locations. ironic rite? end of the day, the social stratifications will be rather imbalanced. let's hope this will pan out well... hmmm...
