i caught the flu bug!
so for the meantime, i cannot visit mum in case i infect her with my flu. have learned my lesson since the last time she caught the bug from me couple of months back. she got hospitalized for pneumonia after that. i cannot afford to let this happen again. she is an old and frail person. every bout of flu has the potential risk of fatality. sighs... also, these few days, i will have to temporarily stop my 5.45am waking up routine. i think i need to rest my body well before i push on again.
