i was rather happy to have my windows os upgraded to win 7 2 days ago.
and last night when i wanted to print stuff for my meeting today, i started to face problem. i kept issuing print commands but nothing moved. and i did a google on it and found out that my hp laserjet p1005 printer cannot work in the win 7 environment. hmmm.... so, i went to search for drivers in hp's site and to my horrors, the site stated that they do not have any drivers for it. in a way, it is telling us to go suck thumb. not very nice of them. such a large company somemore!
not wanting to be defeated by them, i googled for the driver. managed to find a few. donwloaded one of them. took a bloody long time. and then to find it doesn't work. sighs. i guess i will have to look for it again. don't wanna replace my recently bought printer just like that. and neither do i want to go through the process of uninstalling win 7 and reinstall my win vista.
such hassles.
sighs!
