it is not often tat one gets into a situation where he realizes that the country and the system he lives in is not as perfect as he had thought it to be. and that in reality, there are people & organisations within the system that systematically hunt and weed out people like us, puts a gag on us, corner us to a point where we either leave the system or if we choose to stay, become prostitutes of the system.
it was a rude awakening for one of my good friend smarty22 today. for he found out the extent to which this systematic hunt is being carried out. and he cried.
and to think of him crying hurts. it makes me sad. he must have felt v much betrayed. for he, like me, are so so so pro-system. we love our country so much. but, in a way, i was glad that he has been made aware of this rude truth. and am glad that he is now able to better appreciate what i went through. and better understand the depth of my frustrations and tensions.
life goes on. and as i told him - be happy.
