legendary courtesan

managed to catch the show `hwang jin-yi' last evening. the show was based on a legendary courtesan who lived in 16th century korea. overall, i found the show quite boring, felt more like a tv serial. but assuming the show has done sufficient research to accurately portray 16th century korea - it's culture, costume, people, etc, i must say i was quite impressed and have actually learned a bit more abt it. also, i was rather awed by the beautiful hanbok as well as the very very big and beautiful hairdo - very drama :-)
