something cheeky post before the friday ends.
as a trainer, it's hard not to be distracted when a learner came to class in with a very low-rise tight jeans and a very "high-rise" g-string. and this was even more so when the program involved activities that required the learners to sit on the floor, move around and reach for heights. haha...
