earlier on, mum appeared more sleepy than usual and kept yawning as she watched the tv. and for once, we did not watch the chinese drama serial. instead, we watched malay shows on the local malay tv channel. and by about 9.15pm, she was already half dosing off.
despite that, i have increased the dosage of quetiapine (by 12.5mg) for mum. added to that, i gave her a tab of lorazepam to aid and deepen her sleep. i need to ensure she sleeps through the night uninterrupted by dreams (of my grandfather). hopefully when she wakes up tomorrow, she'll be less paranoid. will probably need a few days to get her to stabilise and for her relapse to recede.
let's hope it works.
