had a good lunch with an old friend at aoki (by les amis group) yesterday.

it was a high-end japanese restaurant and the food was really good. freshly prepared by japanese sushi chef right in front of you. the set i ordered comprised a good spread of 8 different sushi and a roll complete with miso soup, chawanmushi, and desserts. really loved the fine details that was put into for every piece of creation such as the little tint of lime fragrance, or the beautifully balance of fresh wasabi and chopped tuna.

understand there are only 2 seatings for lunch each day.

must book early if you wanna go!
