bimbo moments

i got a message from a friend telling me his colleague was so impressed with the little compass on his lanyard she requested to take a look... and then she exclaimed, excitingly "omg omg! it's amazing how the needle remained pointing to the same direction regardless of how i turned the compass..." yup, my  friend was speechless...

after i read the message, i lol literally! and my lady colleague looked at me, wondering why i suddenly lol and i showed her the message. and.... (silence).... (silence)... (silence)...

(i could almost hear the cricketing chirping....) many seconds passed, and then suddenly she gave a little laugh... "oh, its a compass and it was supposed to point north..." she exclaimed quietly. it was my turn to get speechless!
