i have noticed this interesting thing about how singaporeans and malaysians bastardized languages differently - malaysian bloggers tend to "malayanise" english words by using ber-, ter- etc to english words. on the other hand, singaporeans would anglicised (did i use this word correctly?) malay words by adding for example, -ing, instead (such as makaning)...

I'm guilty of both! I bet people from other countries have a hard time understanding us. lol
