anyway, had been feeling kinda out these last 2 days. and today, it was really bad. decided to detour the clinic while on way for a meeting. fever. sore throat. body aches. cough. runny nose. nausea. in short - flu. must be the freaking weather! (yup, always blame on the weather if you cannot pinpoint the real cause of the issue). but it was good. came home and managed to catch half hour of sleep. really refreshed now although i am still feeling the bad throat.

ReplyDeleteMy younger son's fever is down but is coughing and having runny nose. My elder son is having a "massive headache". That's how he describes it. I have been advising him to sleep early every other day. I saw it coming - him falling sick :(
