was discussing about work with my staff at about 5pm when i got a call from a training site about a training accident... sighs... got me busy for the whole evening and by the time all the things were settled it was about 1plus am. so tired. but well, i thought we handled it ok. the family came down from up north and were very appreciative of all the help we rendered.
the challenging part is now the post-aar, investigations, etc... additional admin work needed.
well... too many things have happened at workplace this year. not accidents per se. but issues related to health, hospitalizations (kidney stones, blood clot in brain, broken leg, etc), etc... and i think my staff now feel somewhat uneasy. perhaps it is time to do some prayers to ease the tensed up spirits...
