here's something i cannot understand. it's about people who drive sports car. yup, sports car - those ferrari, lamborghini, and what have yous type of sports car. why would anyone want to drive a sports car in singapore?!?!?!?! really don't understand! come on, it's singapore! a tiny teeny weensy little red dot... an island so small that if you drive too fast, you might end up driving into the sea! that kinda small!!!
anyway, here's something that i always encounter (as i did today)! was driving along bedok road earlier this evening and i heard this low rumbling vroom vroom vroom behind me, i looked into my rear view mirror and saw this super low-profile white sports car weaving dangerously between the cars behind me. we were on a one lane road. but it was the kinda one lane that was wide enough for 2 cars to squeeze kinda one lane. and soon enough, the white sports car zipped closely passed me. and even before it cleared my front, it cut in and tried to overtake the next car in front. vroom vroom vroommmm, the driver pressed his oil as he did so. a lambo i noted. wtf! i shouted in my head. but before we could all say "the", the traffic light in front turned red. mr lambo made an e-brake! eeeeeeee! in no time, every father mother son (including me) caught up with mr lambo. vroom vroom vroom, the driver revved... once the light turned green, vroommmmm!!! off mr lambo went. but before we could even say "the" again, the next traffic light turned red. mr lambo screeched to a sudden halt again. and in no time, all we father mother sons caught up with him. again, he went vroom vroom vroommmm... and again, when the light turned green, vroooooommmm off mr lambo went. and again, before we could say "the" again, the next traffic light turned red... doh!
this whole sequence repeated a couple of times. and i seriously believed all we father mother sons (and some daughters i was sure) were giggling our heads off as we "slowly" take our time and drive up to mr lambo...
really, if you are in malaysia, or some continental country like europe or the states, i could understand why you drive a sports car. but in this little red dot? hmmm... buying a sports car could instead make one look damned one helluva f-ing stupid! (and worst of all, they probably thought they look damned seh-bin aka sark aka ya ya aka atas aka rich/ high class)
no?

You were THAT close to the car that you can see a Thai monk figurine inside?! That's so crazy right? You need to be a da4 gong3 driver to drive such car lor, if not kenna accident will be ugly.
