"erm... just come over, take a look at me (and many of my friends...) and you will walk away feeling hmmmm.... the impression is wrong afterall! hahah! frankly, what is shown or found in the internet is perhaps a bit out of proportion and does not give the correct reflection of the actual situation on the ground. there are many many gays in singapore. of cos those that are a little more good looking and better built are a little more high profile, but at the same time there are many many many many many (see how many "many" words i used?) of us who are simply - normal. then again, cute, or otherwise, what is most important is that we are comfortable with ourselves. we need to learn to love ourselves, be fair to ourselves, and our beauty shines from inside. i know many who are good looking, cute, lean, 6-pack etc on the outside, but is either (1) rotten on the inside, and/ or (2) totally insecure about themselves and always seeking attention, and/ or so superficial that they ended up having no friends... etc so which would you choose?"

agreed , these days even gays feel intimidated to go to gyms and places where they show off
hahahaah.. i never stepped into sg before but heard stories of how all the gays look the same with the similar faces, similar bodies, similar haircuts, similar way of acting etc...
hahahaha.. but yea, you wont believe it until you really see it yourself..

@tuls: yes, all of us will choose both if we have the choice... me too! and i totally agree with you that all of us have some degree of superficiality in us... where else do you think the phrase "when u look for a person, it depends on whether you are looking for a spouse or a girl/boyfriend" right?
