pinkdot 2011

very nice production. way to go pinkdot. but then again, maybe it has inadvertently stereotyped glbts too hasn't it? why must glbt persons be young, pretty, and cute all the time? perhaps the production team could also include glbt uncles, and aunties to also reflect how similar and heartlander they are, just like you and i (well, not suggesting this becos i am an uncle...)

nonetheless, i thought this is a beautifully produced video. it can only get better!

come come! i am sure regional participation would make the dot a whole lot bigger... perhaps this can become a big asian dot in future!

I am waiting for that day when there is no discrimination against people who are born different...when everybody realises that we are all human beings like everyone else...

hi ladybird, it's so nice to see you again. yes, that would be ideal. but being a realist, I think it is not possible. so, I choose to just be happy as long as I think there is a general acceptance and that i am comfortable with myself

happy vesak my friend! may you be blessed with love, compassion, wisdom and happiness always.

:D

:-) i thought last year's selection of people was a little more varied. but then again, i thought this year's production value is very good. impressed!
