i had the most excellent 2 days of bonding with my colleagues.
it was really intense. after all my preparation, work and build up of activities, the discussions and presentations went on superbly well. the feedback was fast and furious. and by the time we ended the formal topics, i was almost half dead. mentally drained. and with that out of the way, we went for our team building activities.
all in all, i thought we all walked out of the activities very much more engaged, aligned and raring to go. felt good about it. and i think the whole team came out feeling closer. but the real work starts now. lots of follow up for the next few weeks.

ps: and i got shot real badly during the paint ball game. had 2 huge bruise at my neck and jaw and they looked really horrible, bruised, bloodied and swollen now. let's hope i don't get permanently disfigured by the scars...
