men are really from mars and women are really from venus! arghhhh... one woman at work is really driving me nuts! nice to her, she tries to flirt, gets personal, and donno how to draw line between personal view and work view. try to be more official, she also take it personal and reads between the lines and create a lot of unnecessary assumptions and tensions... sighs.
