understood from my mum that my dad fell twice last morning, very very early in the morning. and last night, my dad had woken up my mum a couple of times to bring him to the toilet - to pee, shit and to bath... in the middle of the night.
and i am worried. my mum has been on lifelong medication for her depression and she has to have regular sleep every nite. whenever she has anything less than her routine 8pm to 4.30/ 5am duration, she'll experience bad headache and fall sick easily. so, hopefully, last nite's experience with my dad getting her up at 10plus, 11plus and so on is a one off thing. else, not only will my dad be the only one sick in the house, my mum will also join him in no time...
