bak chang again

this is the bak chang season again and this year, i will be making 4kg of rice. that should be about close to 200 dumplings. anyway, have cooked the meat this whole afternoon and have also updated my recipe! will work on the rice tomorrow and start the wrapping.

think it's gonna take me a whole day! but, i am enjoying every bits of it!

my mum use to do this when i was a kid. she would spent days preparing ahead & on that "big" day , she'll be busy from dawn to late in the nite.

relatives would come to pick up their share -my mum's speciality. BAK Chang.

yup, understand what you meant by `days preparing it'... same for me. and i have finally completed the whole pow-ing today! will post some pics soon!
