"push"
there was really no excuse to push people around. it's totally not courteous. china chinese (my experience tells me it's the same in beijing as well as in shanghai) push and shove their way through everywhere they go - in the mrt, in the restaurant, along the walkway, everywhere! gawd! and when someone tells off another person for pushing, he or she would get a scolding in return! geeze!
