sleep issues

i have been having interrupted sleep for quite some weeks already. for some reasons, i would wake up in the middle of the night at regular intervals. and often, i will take a while to fall asleep again, just to wake up again an hour or so later. not a very good thing i must say. it's worsening my eye bags! eeks!

think i need to review my sleep habits. for a start, maybe i should try sleeping with my phone away from me. will probably take some getting used to considering i use my phone as my clock. and of cos, my bad habit of checking my emails, blogs, etc once i rouse from my sleep...
