cute crood characters

i went to watch croods with bee a couple of weeks back... love the show. very no brainer. just the type of show i want to watch on a weekend. just don't think too much and enjoy the simple story line. then again, some knowledge of earth history certainly helped... how earth previously was one big continental mass and how it broke up. but it was kinda weird to have the big mass break up so fast, as depicted in the film.

then again, it was a cartoon. no need to be too serious about it. afterall, it was a simple love story set against prehistoric times. and for that matter, you cannot even tell if the species depicted was homo erectus, homo sapiens sapiens or whatever. and again, i said, just enjoy the show, don't think too much about it.

and yes, a few things stood out, and i would list them here - the animation was very good and very well done. the whole scenery was breathe-taking. and certainly, the characters depicted by the artist were really funny. kudos to them... and oh, i seriously think the ferorious tiger or sabre tooth tiger look-alike is gay.
