hi sam, as a baby, she had droppy ears. it eventually stood up when it became developed and the tissues hardened. that was her ear for the first 9 years of her life. eventually, when she fell sick and her body/ head started to itch, she developed a condition called aural hepatoma (http://dancer66.blogspot.com/2010/03/sapphies-ear.html) that caused her ear to collapse. by her 10th birthday, one of her ear had collapsed (http://dancer66.blogspot.com/2010/11/happy-birthday-sapphie.html) and this year, the second ear came down too...
