eye bags

i was talking to karstan last week and he told me about how a dermatologist had used liquid nitrogen to remove a wart on his leg. the conversation drifted to plastic surgery. and i shared with him that i had considered going for surgery to have my eye bags removed. but the reasons that had stopped me from doing so was firstly the cost and secondly whether i want to cross the imaginary line of resorting to plastic surgery for vanity reasons. my eye bags really make me look like a panda and it really makes me look very tired and unpresentable at work. i initially had the same dilemma when it comes to lasik previously, but i had overcome the logic of vanity cos lasik also carries the practicality and cost reasons. firstly with lasik, one can go about doing sports without the hassle of the specs slipping off one’s nose. thus, it contributes to health. secondly, lasik is relatively cheaper these days and over the long time, using contact lenses would actually be more expensive given the need to buy saline, cleanser, cost of contact lenses etc… but for the record, i have yet to undergo lasik. if i do, i need to undergo a procedure that needs to correct presbyopia too! ha ha…

so… should i get my eye bags remove?
