got this from the fb update of one of my ex-staff. it is something i strongly believe in and i am glad it is written by someone i used to lead. heh heh... not too sure if i had influenced him to be so... but nonetheless, reading this status update of his is a good reminder to me to be focus on my belief and push on. i supposed when one is at the apex of his unit, it is a lonely position and he can only look towards his own discipline and motivation to push on. and it is words of friends like this that keeps one going...
