i know it sounds kinda bizarre and totally warped... but i have been telling my bee bee and my family how i would like my funeral to be done.
buddhist funeral.
no frills.
make it a simple affair that celebrates life rather than mourn my death.
death marks the end of a chapter.
but more importantly,
it marks the start of a new beginning.
for a start, i would like the song `tender' to be played during my funeral. james introduced it to me sometime back. no particular reasons other than the fact that i really like the song - gives me a gospel-like feel yet not `christiany'. i would very much like it to be played during my funeral. i still do. i still do.
also, i would like to be cremated. and my ashes be strewn into the sea. or back to the forest. bottomline, i would like to be back with mother nature.
