died on me

my car died on me this morning.

it was an interesting affair. what happened was that after collecting mum's medication from the mental hospital, theengine of my car began to emit a loud rattling sound. much louder than what it used to be. and next thing i knew, the engine died and my car began to "cruise" in the middle of the road. i steered it to the side and that was when i realized the brake had also stopped working. imagine being in a moving car and that the brake had died! and so, i decided to pull my handbrake. it came to a immediate halt. and i called the tow truck company... 

after arranging for the towing, i hung up. and i tried to start the car again. it started! and so, i called the tow truck company to cancel the recovery. i started driving my car and the rattling sound got even louder. some 800m to 1km down the road, the car died again. and i had to slowly steer it to the roadside. this time round, it really died. 

after about half hour's wait, the tow truck came. 

i sense the repair cost this time round will cost me a bomb...
