heat

no, if your imagination is running while, don't. i do not mean i am on "heat". i don't. heh heh... just that lately, i have been having mouth ulcers, dry lips and so on and i feel kinda uneasy inside me. the very "heaty" kinda feel... the kinda too much "yang" energy in me kinda feel, if you know what i mean. interestingly the whole idea of heatiness is not even found in the ang moh dictionary, so much so that the word "heaty" appears with the red wavy lines below when typed in doc format. it's a very chinese thingee i supposed...

ok, back to my heatiness. it must be due to the change in season and the new year period, with all the unhealthy cookies, nuts, bak kwa, etc... and all these made worst by my medication. think i am coming down with flu le! arghhh...
