reported sick for sore throat and did a blood pressure check 2 weeks ago... result - 138/89. today, it was 138/88... not significantly different.
frightening thing is in the consistency of the pressure. used to have low bp many years back. now, the reading is found to be above what is generally considered normal (<130/ 80), a bit on the high end... or for that matter, can be considered mild high blood pressure.
getting old i guess... things have been falling apart after 35, hastened a lot after being outed at 38 when in that one year, I suffered (suspected) asthmatic attacks, (several bouts of severe) chest pains, high cholesterol, several blanked offs (epilepsy due to stress?), broken ankle, etc.
