mid-year!

at 2359hrs last night, it struck me that it would be middle of the week when the final minute was up. and i thought - wow! it had been a good week. busy but productive. it has been one of those very few weeks where i was able to do my work without feeling disturbed and strangled by people around me... i was glad mid-week was on the way. and as i reflected, it suddenly also dawned upon me that i would also be entering the middle of the year. june has arrived! omg! half a year had passed! half of 2011 had slipped by so quickly! and i started thinking about my achievements over the last half year! damned! half a calender year gone, and one full quarter of the fiscal year down! on one hand, it seemed like lots of things have been done, yet it wasn't so clear that i had achieved any of my major kpis... especially my revenue targets! damned!

i better start to buck up!
