i was awoken by a loud `thud' that was immediately followed by a weak aaiiiyyyoooooohhhh this morning. i knew straight away that my dad has had a fall again. rushed out of my room, and there he was, lying face down on the living room floor... sat him up, stabilized him and left him to recover.

kinda worried about it... been a bit too often these days.
