yup, all-in-all, i have 7 nieces. yes, all nieces. not a single nephew... the first 6, of which the oldest should be 23 years of age this coming dec, are all children of my 2 elder sisters, while the youngest, just a little pass 1 year old, belongs my brother.
not too sure the reasons behind why all girls, but i am certainly not complaining. to me, all children are beautiful. it doesn't matter whether they are boys or girls, as long as they are healthy... then again, it would be nice to have a little boy for a change.

As for me, I have 9 nephews and 7 nieces, plus a grand-niece about 20months old! My younger sis is a grandma at 45!

ha! grands at 40s. then again, i am also a granduncle if i consider my extended family. some of my cousins are already grands! i also joked that in future when my niece (who calls me tua pek) gets married and have kids, their kids will be calling me tua pek kong! hahahhaha!
i got 3 nieces and 2 nephews u know! at my age! hehe..
i am sure u will surpass many of us to be a grand at an earlier age! hahaha! glam grand... i can almost hear your nieces and nephews going!
