happy children's day

happy children's day everyone!

don't let the child in you disappear, no matter how old you are! I strongly believe there're many characteristics of children that we need to retain as we grow older. and they include innocence, curiosity, dare, openness, and laughter. so, yes, on this children's day 2011, let us remind ourselves again of these characteristics, and go out, make friends, experience life, smile, and be happy!

Hi, Children's Day will be celebrated on the first Friday of October, starting this year. I think it is to allow the Primary 6 students to enjoy their last Children's Day since it will be after the PSLE. Before that, some of them had to go back to school for final revision on their day!

By the way, my younger son is taking the PSLE now. He seems very relaxed for someone who is taking his first 'major' exam, spending most of his time relaxing instead of revising.

Anyway, I hope he does well in Chinese tomorrow.

hey, thanks for the update. i didn't know about this and i was just thinking about this possibility yesterday. yes, it certainly made a lot of sense to shift it to the first friday of october rather than fixed it on a 1 oct.

good luck to your son on his psle!
