deafness

been increasingly finding myself hard of hearing. cannot seemed to catch what people are saying these days. and at times, it felt kinda weird to see people mouthing words and i cannot hear them although they are sitting right in front of me. am i getting deaf too?

ps: my first indication of a hearing loss was in 2007 when i went for a medical check. it was found to have gotten worst in another check in 2009. going by this trend of development, it seemed like i would become deaf in no time!... hmmm...
