large

for the first time in my life...

i bought a large size running shorts...

hmmmm...

:-)

and the scary part was - it fitted very very very nicely... not even any extra space for future expansion!

    i was going to pen that "it's the content that counts" but realize how VERY misinterpreted this could be. I mean ...u are not a small boy anymore...hmmm that's even more suggestive.
    well , it must be the Arnold Schwarzenegger steroid injection u had yesterday.

    oh dear... i have been facing with the same problem... increasing waist line.. from 28 in my 20s to 29 & 30 in the 30s and now 31 in the 40s. I hope it would not grow bigger.

    hey aziz, 31 to me is quite an impossible dream now... ha ha... for me, have always hoped it will not grow bigger whenever i measure my waist... and i kept hoping and hoping and trying to cut down, exercise, etc... now, i've decided to give up trying so hard and just enjoy myself. just as long as i am happy... and healthy.
