made my way there today with mum, maid, sis-in-law's mother and the 2 kids in tow. superbly tiring but of cos, i didn't complain as it was enjoyable.
started off with a pleasant surprise that seniors go in for free. all part of celebrating seniors and their contributions to the country. and of cos, the next surprise i got was that i could get a year's membership for the price of one ticket. so i got myself a membership straight away. and then the third surprise... queued up at the tram station and realised i had purchased only 3 tickets (instead of 6). the crew looked at us and whispered to me, no worries, just hop on and enjoy. heh...
but of cos the real fun of it all was to be able to have the kids there and to be able to see things from their perspectives. very nice!
was a good sunday for me.
