tomorrow will be the 4th lunar month again and that means, i will be observing 15 days of vegetarianism. cannot recall how many years i have done this, but i think it is a good reminder to continue respecting life and be compassionate to our fellow sentient beings.
and to guard against and remind myself not to succumb to vanity, i have just shaved my head again. been my annual routine since leaving the force.
