sapphie's tick-infestation has certainly been under control after all the medication and the daily picking. also, bought a new vacuum cleaner to vacuum the house. still, i was able to find a couple of them stuck onto her body daily. two days ago, i noticed her pawing (using her paws to scratch) her left eyes furiously. and when i check the fur around her left eye, i found one stuck onto her lower eyelid (the pointed corner near her nose)...and the poor dog, after all the pawing, now has a swollen and blood shot red left eye :-(
