defining month

been a very intense month for me on all fronts, especially work and personal. health-wise, not too good but it's being managed, i supposed.

work
many things got done this month. regrettably, the person i hired seemed to show more misfit into the role as time passes. will let the next person to take over me manage. lotsa things happening and it will all culminate in my moving to a new position in 3 weeks. apprehensive about it, but quite excited also. lotsa interesting things coming up. need to continue to gear people up.

personal
things are looking good and getting better after a lot of tensions. and a lot of skeletons in the closet got pulled out and a lot of issues were brought up front, especially over the last 2-3 weeks. shan't say too much except that the ups and downs certainly helped to strengthen things up. looking forward to my coming weeks/ months.

health
heart is not doing any better. not too sure if it is an effect of the af, but the heart rate has been rather erratic. admittedly, have been non-compliant with my medicine over the last week. and last night, i accidentally bit my tongue, and the bleeding went on and on for quite a long while (almost 5-6 hours), thankfully it eventually stopped. perhaps this is the silver lining behind my non-compliance of my blood thinner. otherwise, suffered a bad gastric flu last week. stomach felt bloated, and had non-stop runs over 2 days. to manage the bloated feeling (that was so bloody uncomfortable), i had to induce vomiting in the middle of the night. not too pleasant but it helped loads.

nett nett, all's good.

  3. Here is a suggestion for you that I've used. Alivecor is a device that takes your EKG with an iPhone. Can be helpful to show the recordings to your doctor. This device worked well for me, and also peace of mind knowing which arrhythmia.
